2 cups of firmly packed Greens: spinach, kale, collard, purslane,
1/2 cup of mint
1/2 lemon with rind for bioflavonoids
1 mango (fresh or frozen)
2 cups of water
1 Tbs. of Spirulina, hemp powder, maca, optional
